Welcome to Dub AI ("we," "us," or "our"). Our service, Dub AI, provides artificial intelligence-powered dubbing for user-uploaded audio or video. You agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS") by using our service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Dub AI utilizes advanced AI technology to dub videos uploaded by the user. This service is designed to enhance accessibility and viewer engagement by providing dubbing in multiple languages.
You agree to use Dub AI for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our service.
You retain all rights to the videos and content you submit to Dub AI. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content (in whole or part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Dub AI (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Dub AI and its licensors.
You are responsible for the content you upload. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and to authorize us to use all intellectual property rights in and to any content you upload.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Service. By using Dub AI, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dub AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These ToS and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Dub AI offers various subscription plans for its Services ("Subscription Services"). By subscribing to the Subscription Services, you agree to pay the subscription fee ("Subscription Fee") at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscription Fees may vary depending on the level of service and account you select.
Your subscription to the Subscription Services will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription through your account management page before the end of the current subscription period. The renewal subscription fee will be charged to the Payment Method you provided during registration or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information.
You can upgrade or downgrade your Subscription Service level at any time. Upon a change, you will be billed for the increased amount of the Subscription Fee immediately.
Apart from the Subscription Services, Dub AI may offer products or services for purchase on a usage basis ("Purchases"). All Purchases are subject to the terms of this ToS and any other terms provided at the time of purchase.
By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your Subscription Service or Purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
If any fee owed by you is 15 days or more overdue, we may, without limiting our rights and remedies, suspend your access to the Service until such amounts are paid in full.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion and in accordance with the rules governing each specific service or product. Subscription Fees are generally not refundable; however, if you cancel your subscription, you will have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.
You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription Service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to your account settings and follow the cancellation procedures there.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these ToS at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
